When exchanges and returns are accepted
- Within 7 days of receiving the written contract. If the goods arrive later than the contract, within 7 days of receiving the goods or the start of delivery.
- If the goods or services differ from the description, advertising or contract: within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of learning or being able to learn of it.
 
When exchanges and returns are not accepted
- Goods lost or damaged through the customer's fault (opening the packaging to check the contents does not prevent a return)
- Goods whose value has dropped significantly through use or partial consumption
- Goods whose value has dropped so much over time that they cannot be resold
- Copyable goods whose packaging has been opened
- Made-to-order goods where a return would cause the seller irreparable loss and the customer agreed in advance
- Digital content that has started to be provided (for divisible services or content, parts not yet provided can still be cancelled)
