○ Within 1 year of purchase: free service. After 1 year: paid service

2. Visit fee

○ Seoul, Incheon and nearby Gyeonggi: KRW 33,000

○ Other Gyeonggi areas: KRW 44,000

○ Parts are charged separately if replacement is needed.

3. How to request service

○ Please request service from your dealer first.

○ Contact us directly only if you cannot reach your dealer or they cannot provide service.
